House of Bread is a locally-owned franchise. Jamie Collins, owner, bought the Mat-Su Valley location in 2014.
Offering a variety of breakfast and lunch options, built around their fresh baked breads, House of Bread in Wasilla provides an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable environment for their regular lunch crowd. Opening at 7 am on weekdays (weekends at 8), they offer coffee and pastries, both fresh and hot.
Drop by before closing at 6 pm and grab a soup and sandwich for dinner, too. They have two soups available (clam chowder is a local favorite!).
